Our goal is to run the cheapest and best overnight accommodation in Greenland, and in good and modern facilities. We hope it can succed with a little kindness and cooporation form our guests.

Checkin 12.00 to 16.00 and 19.00 to 20.00

Checkout at departure 10.00.

At checkin you have to show picture id, and the stay is payed at checkin.

Guests have to make their own bed, and take of linen again before departure. Guests have to use sheet on the madras at all time, either your own or a rented one.

All of the youth hostel is a non smoking area, and any use of open fire is not allowed, included candles. The woodburning stove is only to be turned on by the staff. Breaking the rules for smoking and fire, will get your stay cancelled with no refund.

All of the youth hostel is to be used with thoughtfulness , so that is a nice place to stay for alle guests. That means among other things, that you clean up after yourself right after use of kitchen, dining room and TV room. (If all 28 guests leave a cup, dish, fork and knife, then after a few hours nobody can use the facilities)

To drink a few beer, or half a bottle of wine is ok. But loud intoxicated or drunk behavior at the youth hostel is not allowed, and will result in imediate cancellation of your stay, with no refund.

All of the youth hostel ahve to be quiet after 22.00. That means that all activities have to be kept at a level so that people that want to sleep doesent get disturbed. All cooking and talking in the kitchen have to stop at 22.00.

The youth hostel is only for paying guests. Only after special agrement , and in offseason, can freinds and family be allowed to visit.
